Abstract

The 21st-century educational landscape is witnessing rapid transformations driven by technology globalization, and evolving learner needs. Future teachers are expected to go beyond rote learning and adopt innovative pedagogical practices that foster creativity, inquiry, and problem-solving skills. The study explores modern teaching approaches that prepare prospective educators to meet the evolving demands of 21st-century classrooms. It emphasizes the importance of creativity, technology integration, learner-centred strategies, and reflective teaching practices in teacher education. The research investigates how innovative pedagogical models such as blended learning, experiential learning, and collaborative digital platforms-enhance teaching competence, motivation, and adoptability among future teachers. Data were collected through surveys and interviews with teacher trainees and educators to assess their perceptions and implementation of innovative teaching methods. The findings reveal that incorporating technology-enhanced and activity-based pedagogies significantly improves engagement, critical thinking, and professional readiness. The study concludes that fostering innovation in teacher education programs is essential to develop competent, adaptive, and visionary educators capable of nurturing dynamic learning environments.
