Abstract
Human Resource Management (HRM) has emerged as a critical organizational function that influences employee performance, job satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness. Strategic HRM practices such as recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation management, and employee engagement play a significant role in enhancing workforce productivity. This paper examines the relationship between strategic HRM practices and employee performance through an extensive review of existing literature and secondary data analysis. The study identifies key HRM practices that contribute to improved organizational outcomes, including increased employee commitment, reduced turnover, enhanced motivation, and better operational efficiency. The findings suggest that organizations adopting integrated HRM strategies are more likely to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in a dynamic business environment. The paper concludes with recommendations for managers and organizations to strengthen HR policies and align them with organizational goals.
