PUBLIC BUDGETING AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION is a crucial part of good governance, affecting the stability of the economy society, social development, and public service delivery. Traditional budgeting systems are dependent mostly on past spending data and manual decision- making, which not uncommonly results inefficiencies, delay, or lack of transparency. This paper offers a description of AI Driven Public Budgeting and Resource Allocation System using machine learning algorithms. and data analytics methods to enable intelligent budgeting .forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimal allocation of public resources. The proposed system allows for data-driven decision-making, enhances operational efficiency, and improves transparency and accountability in public financial management.
